DESCRIPTION:
Black tea was created when European traders oxidized the green tea leaves they were exporting from China in order to lengthen preservation. The oxidation process gave the tea a distinct strong flavor that Westerners have enjoyed for centuries. (Note the colors are off-set slightly from the vector line work to improve the illustrative composition of the work.)
