DESCRIPTION:
Colombian mythology: This is a popular myth among peasants and miners, it is believed to be the ghost of the last miner who got lost in the mountains. He scares the cattle and causes the mules to escape. He's generally seen during storms, hence he's believed to be the tempest in human form.
