Scurvy is fun!
DESCRIPTION:
Scurvy is a connective tissue disorder in which a lack of Vitamin C, results in a lack of it's metabolite ascorbic acid, which is needed in order to fold the collagen protein, which is needed in our gums, amongst other places. As a result, one of the main symptoms include the falling out of teeth/bleeding gums.
